Article 1: Store Presentation

Article 2: Ordering Procedures

Orders can be placed directly on our website.

To place an order, the customer must select the desired products, add them to their cart, and complete the checkout process by following the instructions provided. The order will only be considered final after payment has been validated.

Article 3: Payment

  • Klarna

All payments are secure. Payment information is encrypted and is not stored on our servers.

Article 4: Delivery

Products are shipped within 5 to 15 business days following order validation. Delivery is free to all countries. The customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address.

Article 5: Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide any justification. Products must be returned in their original condition and must not have been used.

Article 6: Guarantees

The products sold are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.

AltiWater cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or the products sold, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on its part.

Article 9: Applicable Law

In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact customer service to try to find an amicable solution. If no solution is found, the customer may resort to mediation in accordance with the provisions of Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
