Article 2: Ordering Procedures
Orders can be placed directly on our website.
To place an order, the customer must select the desired products, add them to their cart, and complete the checkout process by following the instructions provided. The order will only be considered final after payment has been validated.

Article 4: Delivery

In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact customer service to try to find an amicable solution. If no solution is found, the customer may resort to mediation in accordance with the provisions of Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
