Shipping, Return, and Refund Policy

1. Shipping

At AltiWater, we are committed to shipping your orders as quickly as possible. Our delivery times are between 5 and 15 business days, and we offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the destination country.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package’s progress.

2. Return Policy

You have the option to return your products within 45 days of receiving your order.

Returns are free under certain conditions:

The product must be unused.
The product must be in its original packaging.
The return request must be made via our contact form.

To initiate a return, please contact us, providing your order number and the reason for your return. We will send you the necessary instructions for returning your product. Refund Policy

Refunds are only possible in the following cases:

  • Product damaged or broken upon receipt.
  • Order error (product different from the one ordered).

To request a refund, you must provide us with proof (photos/videos) of the damage or error within 7 days of receiving your order. Refund requests without supporting documentation will not be accepted.

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of your refund request being approved.
